The theme was "green" and everyone made terrific dishes, from a dill shrub cooler, to chimichurri portobello mushrooms, tostones with avocado crema, Sarap Detroit's pandan chicken, pesto tortellini, orzo pasta salad, spinach soufflé, mint lime panna cotta, pistachio pudding cake, and more!
